How can I make a booking?
Have you found your ideal holiday home and wish to book it? On the house page, select the desired period on the calendar. To the right of the calendar, you will see an overview of the cost with the booking button at the bottom.
Then fill in the composition of your travel party and enter your personal details. Click on the book button to send your booking to us.
Have you sent your request and do not immediately receive confirmation? Don't panic, we need to process your request first.
Can I bring my dog to our holiday home?
Yes, if the owner of the holiday home allows dogs. You can find that info on the property page under house rules and policies.
What in case of cancellation?
You can find the cancellation conditions in the 'general rental conditions' section, under point 5. Any exceptions are mentioned in the 'description' of the property.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in and out are always listed under the 'description' of the property. Any exceptions can be made but must be requested and confirmed in advance.
The number of persons in the holiday home is "8+4". What does this mean?
It means that the holiday home can be occupied by a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children.
Groups with fewer adults and more children (e.g. 6 + 6) are also welcome, as long as you do not exceed the maximum number of people. The reverse is not possible. You cannot offer yourself with e.g. 10 adults. 8 adults is the maximum.
