The rental deposit of €500 is paid in cash to the homeowner on arrival. It will be refunded within 7 working days provided there is no damage. We ask out of respect for the neighbourhood to respect the silence hours from 10pm to 8am. This accommodation is not rented to groups of young people and is not suitable for bachelor parties.
