Description
This luxurious chalet counts with a magnificent 16 x 5 m chlorine pool with a 0.5 to 1.8 meters depth. The pool is partially located at the garden area with sunbeds around and the other half of the pool enters within the patio, with views from the living room and with a wooden terrace which includes a seating area. The rural countryside with mountain views will fill your friends and family with peace and quietness. the are no direct neighbors and the property is completely fenced. The 300 m2 house is tastefully decorated and it counts with all types of modern details. The great living-dining room has large windows and it counts with two comfortable sofas, TV Sat, DVD, CD, WiFi and a dining table for 10 people. The dining area is open towards the modern kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and all kinds of tools to cook your best dishes. By the kitchen you will find the laundry including a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house has 5 bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and a shower en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms count with two single beds each one, and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms count with a closet and the whole house is air-conditioned. There is a toilet and another bathroom with a bathtub for the general use of the house.
Sights and activities nearby
This chalet is located in a rural area between the village and Port the Pollensa. It is well communicated in both senses to get to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It's worth to visit the 365 steps (one for each day of the year) chapel in Pollensa, and its fantastic views over the bay and the island. Have a coffee at the village square and join the daily life of the locals. You can also make a little excursion to the Puig de maria with its beautiful monastery and lodge. On the other side, Puerto de Pollensa is the perfect place for a beach day, eating fresh fish in one of its restaurants or have an ice cream while walking by the sea. The nearby coves of Cala San Vicente and the beach of Formentor are also very worth to visit.
House rules and policies
There is a deposit of 500 EUR to be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided no damage has occurred. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is strictly prohibited. Extremely high consumption such as charging electric cars is prohibited and may be deducted from the deposit. Please take this into account.
