There is a deposit of EUR 500 to be paid by bank transfer before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage. Organising student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is strictly prohibited. Extremely high consumption such as charging electric cars is prohibited and may be deducted from the deposit. Please take this into account.
