Description
The villa was completed in 2023 and is equipped with air conditioning, roller blinds, a large swimming pool, television with a wide range of channels, films and series, a kitchen with all amenities including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine, etc. We have deliberately furnished the villa with luxury furniture, so very good beds, comfortable chairs both inside and outside, comfortable sun loungers and neat kitchen utensils and crockery. The villa is finished with Ibizan accessories and decorations for a pleasant Zen atmosphere.
The villa is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and sufficient towels, both for showering and for use at the swimming pool and beach. There is ample free parking on the street, but the villa also has its own electrically operated gate and driveway.
The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood, adjacent to the village of Rojales/Cuidad Quesada. Three supermarkets, including Consum and Lidl, are just a stone's throw away. There is plenty to do in the village, and the beach and Mediterranean Sea are only a 7-minute drive away. This part of the Costa Blanca is characterised by wide sandy beaches and shallow waters. Alicante, Murcia and Torrevieja are all just around the corner, offering plenty of options for fun days out. The area between Torrevieja and Alicante is known for having the purest and cleanest air in Europe thanks to its salt lakes.

In the centres of Ciudad Quesada, Rojales and Benijófar, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops to explore.

House rules and policies
A deposit of EUR 300 must be paid by bank transfer before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure, provided there is no damage. Organising student parties, bachelor parties, or drinking parties in this house is prohibited. Please take this into account.
