GROUND FLOOR- KITCHEN
On the ground floor you have a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances (Smeg cooker, oven, dishwasher, 2 large fridges, fully automatic espresso machine, toaster, kitchen mixer...) and a large dining table where 8 people can eat. There is also 1 high chair.
LIVING ROOM
Via the stairs you enter the cosy basement living room with double sofa and Smart TV (Chromecast, Netflix). Enjoy a drink from our ‘honesty bar’ which you can buy via a QR code at a democratic price. The cosy decoration and many amenities in the kitchen will make you feel right at home and relax after a day in the Westhoek!
STORAGE
The storage room contains a combination washer-dryer and freezer. Here you will also find cleaning equipment and an iron and ironing board. Bicycles can be stored in the storage room.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor are rooms ‘Hill 60’ and ‘Passchendaele’. Both rooms have queen-size box springs (180x200cm) with quality mattresses, duvets by De Witte Lietaer and a Senseo machine that allows you to wake up at your pace. Both rooms have their own desk. One cot is provided.Start your day relaxed and refreshed in your own bathroom with spacious shower and quality shower products. Each bathroom also has a toilet and washbasin, together with the most useful extras such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razor blades, ear sticks, etc.
SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor you have rooms ‘Messines’ and ‘Steenstraete’, again with a queen-size bed. In room Steenstraete you can enjoy a lovely bath, again equipped with an assortment of shower products and extras such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, ear sticks etc.
PROVISIONS
Bed linen and towel set are included, as well as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Slippers, sleeping mask, earplugs, toothbrush and toothpaste are also provided for each guest.
CHILD-FRIENDLY
There is 1 travel cot as well as 1 child seat provided in the house.
Sights and activities nearby
The holiday house is located in the historic centre of Ypres, a stone's throw from the station and the free city car park. All sights, shops and leisure facilities are easily accessible on foot. Passendale, the beautiful Heuvelland or the quiet border region are only 15 minutes away by car.
House rules and policies
There is a deposit of EUR 250 to be paid by bank transfer before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure provided there is no damage. Organising student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is strictly prohibited. Please take this into account.
